
Blog aimed to share information on the progress of our Bolão for the 2014 World Cup. Bolão is a Brazilian version of a sweepstakes, or pool, or predict-the-score; same thing is also known in spanish as quiniela, or prode. Football is a Latin American passion, and our Arris team in CALA decided to run a Bolão to finally understand which of the various countries really understands of football.

From the bets we have registered so far, I found out some interesting stats.
Brazil leads the odds with 19 players selecting Brazil as the World Cup champion. Other 6 selected Germany, 5 Spain and 4 Argentina.
Argentina leads the 2nd place with 11 indications. I wonder if all Brazilians are dreaming with a Brazil vs Argentina final. Interesting to see that Brazil has 9 indications as 2nd place, with 9 people predicting a new Maracanazo.
Messi leads the Top Scorer with 12 indications, followed by Neymar with 9.
