So we decided to have a 2nd Bolao, we’ll call it Super-Bolão. This Super-Bolão will run in parallel with the ongoing Bolão, and I’ll publish the partial results in
Two comments:
1) I will not adopt Luciano's suggestion just because of logistics. My spreadsheet is ready to do individual results, and to do average results I would have to work on it, and I can't do it now.
2) We need to define a value for the bets. My initial suggestion is $10, but I wanted to ask for feedback. The idea is to have a reduced value so more people can participate.
I'm going to send an email tomorrow evening for each of you to place the bets (after the Round-of-16 is defined). Bets will be done by email. I'll consolidate things here.

The Super-Bolão will run from Round-of-16 to the end of the tournament, and it will count with 4 phases: Round-of-16, Round-of-8, Semis and Final. For each phase you’ll have to bet the results of the games, knowing which teams will play.

On this Super-Bolão, the key point is to select which teams will go to the next phase. The score of the games will count only 30% of the total points.

The critical point of this Super-Bolão is for me to receive the bets. Schedule will be as follows:
- Round-of-16 – bets by next Saturday June 28th at 1PM Brazil time, when the first game of the Round-of-16 starts. Bets will only be valid if received by then, and must contain the Total Goals, Top Scorer and Top Scorer goals.
- Round-of-8 – by Friday July 4th 1PM Brazil time
- Semis – by Tuesday July 8th at 5PM Brazil time
- Finals and 3rd place – by Saturday July 12th at 5PM Brazil time.
